  • Event Name: HQ Nights Christmas Parties

  • Dates: December 1 - December 23, 2024

  • Location: Luxury fully themed purpose-built marquee in Great Wilbraham, Cambridge covering The East of England, including Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Essex and Norfolk businesses.

  • Expected Attendance: 500-700 guests per event, over a series of 10 plus events

  • Target Audience: Executives, Business owners, Senior managers, Influencers from some of the top performing International Cambridge companies, their Directors and employees.

Proven Success

From smaller beginnings in December 2016, with 80 guests per evening over 3 dates in December, the HQ Nights Christmas Parties has continued to grow. In December 2022, we hosted 5 evenings with audiences in the region of 600 guests per evening. In 2023 we hosted 8 evenings with audiences of similar numbers to 2022. This December we are looking to host a minimum of 8 evenings with average guest numbers of 700 per event. There will also be the addition of our new Family Festive experiences on Sunday’s, taking the total live events to 10 + events.
